Our model works and is growing rapidly, the structures and processes are established, and we are ready for the next step. Now we are opening Future Kitchens to the crowd – join us in our first round of financing and become a co-owner of a company that is radically rethinking delivery food. 🍔📈🔥 #bornfordelivery
Future Kitchens is growing rapidly - and we owe that to our community. Whether customers, restaurant partners, or suppliers, they have all contributed strongly to turning an idea into a scalable, profitable food tech platform.
Now we're giving something back: We're opening Future Kitchens to crowd investors for the first time - because we want the people who help us move forward every day to benefit directly from our success. With your investment, you'll not only be part of our growth, but also a co-owner of a company that is revolutionizing food delivery - uncompromising in taste, efficient in structure, and huge in potential.
We are convinced that in a world where everything can be ordered at the click of a mouse, food delivery options need to be radically improved. Future Kitchens stands for a world where good delivery food is accessible to everyone, regardless of where they live or their budget.
We want to redefine food delivery: With creative brands developed by top chefs that combine high quality with delivery suitability - delicious, accessible, and widely available. At the same time, we are creating new revenue potential for our restaurant partners by giving them access to proven brands, digital expertise, and additional demand in the delivery market.
Over the past 2.5 years, we have built, tested, and successfully scaled our own brands in the six most popular delivery food categories: burgers, pizza, kebabs, bowls, fried chicken, and Indian. SmashClub®, KNOCKOUT®, TMRRW®, Pizza Project®, Studio Kebab®, and Gulabi® are now among the strongest brands on Uber Eats and Just Eat.
Since our launch in March 2023, our platform has been growing rapidly - we currently operate 74 virtual restaurants and two ghost kitchens. We have been profitable since day one and expect revenues of CHF 10-12 million in 2025 - all without traditional venture financing.
While other startups in the delivery market are making headlines with high costs, thin margins, and aggressive cash burn, we have focused on a scalable, profitable business model from the start.
Our platform is not a product of chance, but the result of vision, craftsmanship, and system. Top chef Laurent Eperon - formerly a two-star chef at Baur au Lac - embodies the culinary DNA of our brands.
Our hybrid model, consisting of our own ghost kitchens - professional kitchens operated exclusively for the preparation of delivery food - and a network of restaurant partners, allows us maximum operational control with minimal capital commitment.
Our ghost kitchens serve as future labs where we test and optimize recipes, processes, and brands under real-world conditions and based on real customer feedback. Expansion takes place through licensed partner restaurants, which benefit from our brands, expertise, and demand without any upfront investment. This allows us to combine the flexibility of a platform model with the depth of a food company - efficient, measurable, and profitable.
We focus on genuine partnerships - not franchising. Our restaurant partners make no upfront investment. Fees and costs are deducted directly from the generated revenue. This means they bear virtually no risk - only additional capacity utilization and revenue potential. A win-win model based on trust, efficiency, and mutual growth.
Our structures are in place, our processes are working, our brands are established. What we need now is capital to really step on the gas.
We will use the capital from this financing round to invest specifically in expanding our sales and account management team, in technology, marketing, and new locations. The focus is on scaling beyond Switzerland while strengthening our platform - ensuring product quality, customer service, and partner support remain high despite rapid growth.
This is your chance to get in early - with a food tech company that’s scaling rapidly and profitably from day one.

The best time to invest is not when a company has an idea, but when it has proven that the model works. That's exactly where we are now.
Our hybrid setup of ghost kitchens and restaurant partners is working. Our brands are successful. Our platform is ready. And the demand is there - we are currently opening up to 10 new virtual restaurants per month.
With your support, we can scale faster and internationally, strengthen our infrastructure, and achieve our growth targets without compromising on quality or profitability. Future Kitchens is growing quickly, efficiently, and with focus - and now you can grow with us.
