Choose the company you want to invest in

On our platform you will find a selection of exciting investment opportunities. These are companies that are currently conducting a financing round via OOMNIUM or will soon be launching a campaign. 

Get informed

To give you a well-founded basis for making an investment decision, we provide you with all the necessary facts and figures in the ‘Investment Proposal’ section. This information is only accessible to registered users. As soon as you have registered on our platform and created your user account, you will be granted access to these documents. To do so, click on ‘Login’ at the top right. In the black box on the left-hand side, you can then view the full information on the campaign of your investment opportunity via ‘Investment Proposal’. 

If you are convinced, click on the orange ‘Invest’ button in the black box.  

Choose the desired number of shares

Here you can either use the slider to select an individual number of shares or convertible loans, or you can choose one of the predefined packages. And on we go with a click on ‘Next’.  

Complete your personal details

If you have already registered to view the Investment Proposal, the personal data you entered will appear here. Check them again and complete them where necessary. If your verification is already complete, your status will be green; if it is still in progress, the status will still be grey and you will receive a notification by email as soon as the verification process is complete. Either way, you can now proceed with your investment.

Only for digital shares: Connect your wallet

If the company issues traditional shares or convertible loans, you can ignore this step.

To be able to receive digital shares, you need a corresponding wallet. If you already have a wallet, you can easily connect it here. If you don't have a wallet yet, you can download the wallet of our partner Aktionariat in this step and then connect it. You do not need any money in your wallet to pay for your desired shares. This will only be used later to store your digital shares.

The legal points

Before you can complete your investment, we need your consent that you agree to the conditions and contracts. We also need your confirmation that you are aware of the risks of your investment and that the money you deposit really belongs to you. To do this, click on ‘Request code’ and enter the code you receive shortly afterwards by email into the white field and click on ‘Next’.

Pay

Now choose one of the available payment methods. Please note that payment by bank transfer must be made within 48 hours, otherwise your shares or convertible loans will be released again. It is therefore best to do this in this step by copying the relevant details via the icon on the right and pasting them into your e-banking. As always, proceed via the orange button at the very bottom.

Sharing is caring

Tell others why you invested. Testimonials are a powerful lever to convince other investors so that the campaign concludes successfully. 

And here is what happens next

If the campaign is successful, we will inform you about the success and the next steps. At the same time, the new shares will be created or your convertible loans will be registered.

If you have purchased digital shares, they will be delivered to your specified wallet address (this process can take a few weeks). You are now officially a shareholder of the company and entered in the share register. Warm congratulations! 

If, contrary to expectations, the campaign does not reach the minimum amount, the paid-in amount will be refunded to you in full immediately after the end of the campaign.
