Why Daysaver is needed

Imagine this: You're on the perfect trail, completely in the flow - and then this. A loose bolt forces you to stop, a broken chain puts an end to your ride. You have the wrong tool with you. Or it fails. This problem doesn't just affect you, but potentially 1.3 billion cyclists worldwide. This is where Daysaver comes into play.

How we save the day

Daysaver has been developing, producing and selling modular bike tools in true workshop quality for on the go since 2023. With Swiss engineering, well thought-out usability and a unique product concept, we have established ourselves in the premium segment worldwide.

Our key: modularity, developed from a genuine user perspective. Because if you talk to ten bikers, you'll get fifteen opinions on what tools they need - and how they should be carried. That's why Daysaver tools can be combined, adapted and carried in three ways: on the bike, in the bike or on the rider.

Our range is divided into two parts:

  • The Essential Line for those who want everything they need in the best quality.
  • The Incredible Line for those looking for maximum adaptability and flexibility.

And the next strategic milestone is happening right now: with the Incredible pump, we are significantly expanding our target group segment, creating cross-selling opportunities and opening up huge growth potential for Daysaver.

What we have already achieved

Yes, there are countless multitools out there. But Daysaver has proven that real innovation prevails and customers choose quality and functionality when the reliability of their equipment is key:

  • 45,000 products sold
  • 7,000 direct customers (D2C) from 50 countries via our online store
  • Established distribution network (B2B) in 22 countries
  • OEM partnerships - including Stan's
  • Our export share is 93% (2024)

The next milestone is already underway: With the Incredible pump, we are tapping into a new customer segment and expanding our market potential in a targeted manner.

Our existing investors believe in us

Our 13 shareholders have believed in us and our vision from the very beginning. With the first capital increase of CHF 300,000, they made the professionalization of Daysaver possible. With the second capital increase of CHF 150,000, they paved the way for two complete product ranges. And they also invested CHF 60,000 in this capital increase with convertible bonds, clearly underlining their commitment to Daysaver.

Where we want to go with you

What we have achieved together makes us proud. But to achieve our next goals, we need both: more manpower and more capital.

With the first funding threshold, we want to

  • scale our D2C channels and expand our online marketing,
  • provide more support to our sales partners - at the POS and digitally,
  • further digitalize and optimize our processes,
  • expand our modular range in a targeted manner in order to offer even more cyclists the right solution.
  • Further develop, profile and position the brand

Goal: break-even by the end of 2026.

But our journey does not end with bikes

With our multi-market strategy, we are developing tools that not only work on the trail or the road, but also when hiking, climbing or camping. Or... you name it. This strategy is based on the ever-increasing convergence of activities in the outdoor sector - our customers are not only out and about on their bikes, but are also active in various outdoor disciplines.

Potential that we have identified in the product portfolio:

  • Protecting items you rely on outdoors, such as your smartphone,
  • obvious extensions to the existing, modular product ranges, e.g. with a lock, a first aid kit, a pocket knife or a flashlight.

The product roadmap is ready. The first prototypes are ready. With the second funding threshold, we can begin to implement this vision - and further develop Daysaver as an outdoor brand.

Our community of bike enthusiasts has supported us - from the initial idea through four successful Kickstarter campaigns to the brand we are today. Together, we have developed products, opened up markets and created a strong foundation for the next development phase.

Now we are inviting the community to become an even bigger part of this journey: as co-creators, supporters - and investors.
