OOMNIUM: Peter, can you describe a typical Daysaver moment?
P.E.: Daysaver develops ultra-light, well-thought-out, Swiss-engineered modular bicycle tools of true workshop quality. A Daysaver moment occurs when a problem arises on the road, such as a loose bolt or a broken chain, and our tools are there to save the day. They are reliable, offer perfect usability, and can be carried in a way that suits the adventure: on the bike, in the bike, or on the rider. According to our customers' feedback, our tools make breakdowns fun.

OOMNIUM: Why did you decide to do a financing round with OOMNIUM?
P.E.: Our community has been central to Daysaver's development from the beginning, providing feedback, ideas, support, and helping us launch four successful Kickstarter campaigns. It's only logical for us to take the next growth step with the community and use OOMNIUM as a platform that enables participatory financing and shares our entrepreneurial values.

OOMNIUM: What do you plan to do with the capital?
P.E.: We plan to use it to scale Daysaver by expanding our direct-to-consumer (D2C) sales, providing better support to our business-to-business (B2B) partners, optimizing our processes, and expanding our product range in a targeted manner. At the same time, we are preparing to enter new outdoor application markets. Our product roadmap is ready, and now it's time to implement our multi-market strategy.

OOMNIUM: Where will Daysaver be in five years?
P.E.: In five years, Daysaver will be an internationally established brand in the bicycle segment and a provider of modular solutions for other outdoor activities, such as camping and hiking. Our commitment to Swiss engineering, uncompromising functionality and quality, and genuine user-centricity remains unchanged. We strive to keep our customers prepared when it matters most!
