For companies

  • Step by step to a successful funding round:

Your company needs growth financing? Get in touch with OOMNIUM.
Together, we will discuss your opportunities and analyze your individual needs. Our initial conversation will give you a good foundation for deciding which offer is right for your company. The next step is to define the securities to be issued, the minimum and maximum amount for the campaign and your capital increase, as well as the start and duration of the campaign.

    Prepare your campaign strategically.
We will show you our best-practice examples and share our know-how with you. Together, we will develop a campaign plan and a communication strategy extending beyond your own network. Plus, we and our legal partner LEXR Law Switzerland AG will support you in preparing the legal framework.

    Activate your existing network.
The network activation phase is crucial for a successful campaign. During this time, you inform your network of potential investors about your financing round.

    Start the financing round.
Now it's time to drum up publicity! All learnings will be implemented here.

In a PRIVATE ROUND, you will be able to access your campaign via a link and share it with your future investors.
On our platform, we guide your investors through a fully digital investment process, including the digital signing of all contracts and payment processing.

With our PRIVATE ROUND + offering, we also provide our pool of around 10,000 registered investors with exclusive access to your financing round.

With a PUBLIC ROUND, we open the round to the general public and give you access to our media partners. Your fans become investors in your company and, thus, loyal ambassadors for your brand.

    Complete your campaign.
At the end of the successful campaign, you can review your investors and, if necessary, reject some of them. The funds raised with the confirmed investors will then flow into your capital contribution account or, in the case of convertible loans, into an operating account.

    Start growth financing

Note: If the minimum amount is not reached, the capital collected and held on a transit account by OOMNIUM will be paid back to the investors. There will be no capital increase for you.

  • What are the advantages of a funding round via OOMNIUM?

We offer an innovative alternative to traditional financing models. We support you in closing your funding round faster, more cost-effectively and with more success.

    • We turn your funding round into a campaign and help it gain momentum.
    • OOMNIUM offers you the platform and the legal framework, plus an (optional) plausibility check of your company and offer, including a report for your investors. All from a single source.
    • OOMNIUM acts as a financial intermediary, so you don't have to worry about the cash flow.
    • If you plan to issue shares, we offer you the option of tokenizing them via our partner Aktionariat, with a tailored user journey for your investors.
    • Digital shares also allow you to pool the shareholders from your financing round into a single position on your cap table. This keeps your company attractive for future funding rounds, even with a larger number of shareholders. They also simplify administration (your share register is always up to date) and, thanks to the shareholders' agreement as an integral part of the share token, make it easier for you to implement any obligation to sell shares in the event of a company sale.
    • You decide how and when your shares can be traded. We advise you on the various options.
    • We guarantee your company industry exclusivity for the duration of your campaign.
  • What are the requirements for starting a funding round via OOMNIUM?
    • Your company is organized as a limited company (Aktiengesellschaft) with its registered offices in Switzerland.

  • What kind of securities can I offer on OOMNIUM?

You decide between shares with voting rights, participation certificates (shares without voting rights) or an investment via convertible loans.

How do I organize a general assembly with hundreds of shareholders?

It has recently become possible in Switzerland to hold the general assembly virtually. Various providers offer different tools to do so. We'd be happy to help you find the best solution for your needs.

  • How long does it take to prepare for a funding round via OOMNIUM?

That depends on which type of round you choose (PRIVATE ROUND, PRIVATE ROUND +, PUBLIC CAMPAIGN). For a ++PUBLIC CAMPAIGN, we recommend a campaign prep time of three to four months. This timeframe varies depending on your initial situation and your available resources. The campaign itself runs for about one month; the campaign completion takes three to four weeks.

We would be happy to discuss your individual opportunities and needs together and help you make a decision.
