Is your company facing a funding round? OOMNIUM offers you a digital platform for the process. We support you in creating your pitch and investment proposal, set up a joint campaign with you for your growth financing, take care of all the legal aspects and offer your investors a fully digital investment process. Smart contract-based pooling also allows you to accept smaller tickets and pool all your investors in one position on the cap table.
Private Round +
We offer our pool of around 15,000 registered investors exclusive access to your funding round without the hassle and costs of a public round.
Public Round
We open your campaign to the general public and jointly ramp up publicity. We give your brand more reach and awareness. Your fans become investors in your company and thus loyal ambassadors for your brand.
