What is the difference between stocks, participation certificates, and convertible loans?

With voting shares, you as an investor can, among other things, vote at the general assembly. Participation certificates, on the other hand, are silent shares, where you as an investor do not have voting rights. In both cases, you participate in the company's success.

Convertible loans are loans with a conversion right or obligation (depending on the individual conditions of the convertible loan) into shares at a later date.

The companies on the OOMNIUM platform decide before the launch of the campaign whether to offer investors voting shares, participation certificates, or convertible loans.
