When the minimum amount set by the company is reached, the financing round has been successful.

Once the campaign is successfully completed, a capital increase takes place in equity campaigns, and the shares are issued and transferred to your specified wallet address – in case the company has opted for the issuance of digital shares. If you have drawn convertible loans through the campaign, these will only be converted at a later date according to the individual terms of the convertible loans.

If the funding goal is not reached, you will receive your money back within 14 days.
