There is no carry fee (profit sharing) on investments made via OOMNIUM. Any potential profit from a stake goes 100% to you as an investor. There is only a service fee of 1.5% per investment (min. CHF 25.00 / max. CHF 250.00). This covers the services that benefit you as an investor and support you in your investment decision: 

• Financial Assessment: We review the financial information provided by the company, check the liquidity situation, and do a financial assessment of the company valuation.

• Valuation Report: We create a valuation report for every company. You can find the most important findings in the Investment Proposal section, and the detailed report is available for download in the documents section.

• Investor Support: Our team of experts will answer all your inquiries personally, usually within 24 hours.
