In our portfolio, you will find a selection of exciting investment opportunities. Every company that presents itself on our platform as part of a public campaign, known as a "Public Round", has undergone an external review. The audit report is made available to interested investors in the "Investment Proposal" section.

Register on our platform 
In order for you to decide on an investment, we provide you with all the necessary figures and facts about the companies. Once you have registered on our platform and created your user account, you will gain access to these documents.

Connect your wallet.   
If you decide to invest, we will guide you through the entire investment process. If the company has chosen to issue digital shares, we will show you how to create a wallet and what you need to pay attention to. If you already have a wallet, you can easily connect it. You do not need any money in your wallet to pay for the shares. The wallet will serve to store your digital shares later on. You can then complete your investment with a payment using one of the available payment methods.

If the campaign is successfully completed, you will become an investor in the company
Once the campaign successfully concludes, the company reviews all investors. If you are accepted as an investor, your shares will be allocated in equity campaigns, and if the company has chosen digital shares, they will be sent to your wallet. If the investment vehicle consists of convertible loans, you will become the convertible loan provider. 

Note: If the minimum amount is not reached or you are not accepted as an investor, you will receive your money back within a few days.
